1. How old were you when you started wearing makeup?

I think 7th grade, maybe 8th.

2. How did you get into makeup?

The same way most girls do? Friends, peer pressure, you know...

3. What are some of your favorite brands?

High end: M.A.C  Drugstore: Maybelline

4. What does makeup mean to you?

Makeup, for me, is a way to play up my good features and draw attention away from features I'd rather remain unseen.

5. If you could only wear 4 products on your face what would they be?

Concealer, powder, mascara, and lip balm.

6. What is your favorite thing about makeup?
It gives women confidence and comfort in their skin.

7. What do you think about drugstore makeup vs high end makeup?

I like high-end better, but am not against using drug-store. Particularly on a budget. If you look hard enough, you can find fantastic things in drugstore makeup selections.

8. What is one tip of advice you can give to a beginner?

Don't over-do it! Less REALLY IS more!

9. What is one makeup trend you never understood?

Red lipstick, bright pink cheeks, bright blue eyeshadow...

10. What do you think about the beauty community on YouTube?

I haven't got thoughts on it. I just like what I like and I don't pay any attention to anything else. I'm still not sure what the "YouTube beauty community" is and consists of.

Almost always, two.

Combination/oily.

What is your current facial wash?

Mary Kay Timewise 3-in-1 for Oily to Combination skin.

Do you exfoliate?

Yes.

What brand do you use?

Mary Kay Timewise Microdermabrasion

What moisturizer do you use?

Mary Kay Timewise Age-Fighting Moisturizer for Combination to Oily skin.

Do you have freckles?

A few, yes. 

Do you use eye cream? 

Sometimes. 

Do you or did you have acne prone skin?

Yes.

Did you ever have to use Pro-activ?

No. I wanted to at one point, but I'm loving what I'm using.

What foundation do you use?

Liquid: Mary Kay medium-coverage foundation

Powder: Mary Kay Mineral Powder Foundation, Covergirl pressed powder, Maybelline pressed powder

How about concealer?

Maybelline Dream Mousse concealer, Physician's Formula duo concealer (green and peach), Clinique advanced concelaer

Do you know your undertone color?

What do you think of fake eyelashes?

Sometimes they can look nice, but I only use them for very special occasions.

Did you know that you are supposed to change your mascara every 3 months?

I know it, don't always follow it, though.

Maybelline, L'oreal, Mary Kay

Sephora or MAC?

I haven't gone to Sephora, as of yet, but I think I'd go with it, vs. MAC, if I had to choose one.

Do you have a MAC Pro-card?

No.

What makeup tools do you use in make up application?

Concealer brush, foundation brush, powder brush, angled blush brush, flat eyeshadow brushes (3), doe-foot brush, eye-brow grooming brush, angled brush, pencil brush, and eyelash curler, but I don't use all of the every day. It varies, depending on the look I'm going for.
Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes?

Sometimes.

For the face?

No.

What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)?

Granite - Mary Kay

Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner?

Usually neither, I still haven't learned how to put them on smoothly, and I'm nearly 21 >.< lol

How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil?

No, not even on the rare occasion that I use them, lol.

What do you think of pigment eyeshadows?

I've never tried, but they seem like they would be messy.

No, I don't trust it.

No, I don't know where any are, but I would if I knew where to find one.

Not usually.

Too much blush.

Neutral.

I don't know. I don't pay attention to celebrities.

If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item, what would you use?

Lip balm? If that doesn't count, mascara.

Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on?

Yes, but I always have to have my lip balm, at the very least.

Do you think you look good even without any makeup on?

I think I look acceptable, and obviously good enough to leave without any on.

In your opinion, what is the BEST makeup line?

I haven't experimented in makeup enough to have a good basis for answering this question, I think.
